@UPS_UK 24 days and still not delivered the parcel from Germany to London. Not possible to get it back either - that‘s clearly against consumer rights. DHL is delivering within 3 days currently.

@UPS_UK You got my parcel from GER to UK soon three weeks. DHL is processing parcels within three days, which UPS also promised at the time I booked. After a Stanford Le Hope scan 17days ago, it‘s stuck and your tracking email telling me due for delivery last Thursday??
