FEAR Update - Strategic Delisting From Select Exchanges
FEAR has submitted requests to delist from certain centralized exchanges as part of a broader strategy to refocus our resources where they matter most: ongoing game development, ecosystem expansion, and real token utility.
Over the last few years, centralized exchanges have shifted dramatically. Unlike in 2021–2022, they no longer provide meaningful exposure, volume, or practical benefit for the FEAR token. Instead, they now require ongoing fees, time, and operational overhead-resources that are far better invested directly into improving our games and strengthening our ecosystem.
While FEAR greatly appreciates the role centralized exchanges played in our early growth, the current market is saturated with thousands of tokens, making certain platforms far less effective for discovery. Maintaining listings no longer aligns with our long-term goals or with what actually drives value for our players and holders.
Our strategic focus moving forward:
Doubling down on the development of our games and interactive experiences including No Wer to Hide and The Crypt.
Expanding real in-game utility and rewards for the FEAR token.
Strengthening DEX liquidity where our future players naturally onboard.
Consolidating resources to increase development and product quality.
This decision places FEAR in a stronger operational position long term and aligns our efforts with what genuinely benefits our community: building great games, creating sustainable token utility, and growing our ecosystem organically.
No Wer to Hide: Mansion Progress, Flashlight Breakthroughs & Murder Mysteries Unfolding
We are excited to share a big update on the development of No Wer to Hide! The past two weeks have been fully dedicated to designing the Mansion layout for the first chapter coming to Steam in Q1 2026 and internal Alpha coming Q4 2025.
Expanding & Perfecting the Mansion
The mansion has grown dramatically in size and complexity, but with growth comes refinement. We have been optimising lighting and mood across every room with still much to do but it's coming along!
Horror thrives on atmosphere, and building that atmosphere is no small task. Creating, positioning, and optimising each light source takes enormous effort on its own before even adding layouts, objects, and story driven details that make the environment feel alive (or haunted👻).
Flashlights & 2D Characters in a 3D World
Another breakthrough comes from our flashlight system. We have been optimising how the beam orients on our unique 2D turnaround characters. It has not been easy. Some might call us crazy for combining full 3D environments with four angle 2D characters, but that is exactly the kind of bold choice that makes NWTH stand apart.
Think PaRappa the Rapper meets modern 3D horror. It is vintage charm fused with today’s technical enhancements. For a horror setting, this creates a strange, unsettling energy you will not find in any other game.
Characters, UI & Antagonist Refinements
Beyond environments, we have pushed forward on multiple fronts:
Animation work continues on our cast of characters, bringing more life (and death) into the mansion.
UI improvements are being refined to make the experience immersive and intuitive.
Our main antagonist has been a behind the scenes challenge, finding that perfect balance where she can terrify players while still delivering those twisted, darkly comedic moments that NWTH thrives on.
Murder Plots Begin to Surface
And here is a tease for the story lovers: we now have two of the murder plots fully scripted. These will be waiting for players to uncover, piece together, and survive in early Steam access. They add another layer of intrigue to the horror, pulling players deeper into the mystery of the mansion.
No Wer to Hide is shaping up to be a horror game that does not just fit a genre, it defines its own. With strange innovations, chilling atmosphere, and darkly comedic twists, we are carving out a niche that horror fans will love. Stay tuned, a new video update showcasing our mansion progress will be dropping soon.

No Wer to Hide: The Mansion Update!
Over the past 10 days, we’ve been hard at work reconstructing the mansion, the heart of Episode One in our hide-and-seek ghost detective game.
🏚️ Expanding the Estate
The mansion has grown massively in scope. Previously a reasonable size, we’ve now expanded it by 2.5x, modeling it on an old English estate. This expansion means more puzzles, deeper exploration, and richer intrigue awaiting every player.
🎨 Hand-Crafted Detail
We’ve already hand-decorated 10 rooms with another 25 still to go and more polish to come for all rooms filled with distinct and strange objects.
Each room is being filled with story-rich detail, not just empty space. Expect 2.5D hand-drawn art and animated turnarounds for strange, interactable objects, the kind that horror fans will want to revisit again and again to uncover secrets and shocking surprises while having the chance to earn rewards.
😱 Building Atmosphere
Replay ability is central to our design. That’s why we’re layering in mysteries, hidden pathways, and unsettling camera paths for cut-scenes you can see in the video demo. Creating the sensation of entering a living, breathing horror estate that feels different with every visit.
🔪 Murder Mysteries
Behind the scenes, our team has also been plotting the murderers who will haunt Episode One. This chapter won’t feature just one killer - but several. Think of it as a Cluedo-style twist, where every new playthrough can reveal a different murderer. The question isn’t just howto survive, but who you’re really up against.
👻 What’s Next
The mansion is fast becoming the core of our first Alpha release, which we’re targeting for next quarter. With characters soon to be fully integrated into the world, players can expect an experience that is far more than a shell - it’s a horror playground designed for tension, replayability, and plenty of $FEAR-inducing surprises.
