@bj_stansfield That's a fair observation. We do not have to wonder what these particular Labor MPs would be demanding on the news tonight if a different party of assistant ministers and shadow ministers were exposed playing "shag, marry or shoot", ridiculing or objectifying any of them.
Tonight, we have requested and accepted the resignation of the Chairman of TT-Line, effective immediately.
We need 100% focus on solutions to deliver our new Spirits and their supporting infrastructure.
I am confident that we can now get on with delivering this once-in-a-generation project for Tasmanians.
The delays to infrastructure for our new Spirits is unacceptable.
But I am not interested in excuses, or the blame game.
I want solutions and I want them now.
We will immediately be deploying two infrastructure experts to help get the job done, including the project manager currently finishing the new Bridgewater Bridge build.
I have directed that all the necessary Government support be made available for them to achieve this task.
We will be pulling out all stops to get this done as soon as possible.
That’s what Tasmanians expect, and that’s what we’ll be delivering.

However, more needs to be done to secure environmental approvals for energy projects.
