Fertiglobe announced its Q2 2026 and H1 2026 results 📊, reporting strong revenues of $1.1 billion in Q2 2026, up 92% Y-o-Y, while adjusted EBITDA increased 111% Y-o-Y to $371 million, and adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders increased 12.5x Y-o-Y to $145 million.

In H1 2026, Fertiglobe delivered revenues of $2.0 billion, reflecting a 59% Y-o-Y increase, while adjusted EBITDA increased 63% Y-o-Y to $713 million, and adjusted net profit attributable to shareholders of $289 million increased 3.4x Y-o-Y.

Performance in the quarter reflects disciplined execution, the breadth of Fertiglobe’s global production and trading footprint 🌍, as well as the Company’s ability to redirect volumes and capture value in a disrupted logistics environment 🚢.

سعدنا بالاحتفال بانضمام إحدى أكبر ناقلات الأمونيا العملاقة في العالم (VLAC) إلى أسطول #أدنوك_للإمداد_والخدمات، وذلك خلال زيارة معالي الدكتور سلطان أحمد الجابر، العضو المنتدب والرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة أدنوك، إلى جمهورية الصين الشعبية، وبحضور الكابتن عبدالكريم المصعبي، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة.
وقد تم بناء الناقلة في حوض جيانغنان لبناء السفن في مدينة شنغهاي، وهي الأولى من أصل أربع ناقلات أمونيا عملاقة سيتم تسليمها إلى أدنوك للإمداد والخدمات. وتتمتع بسعة تحميل تبلغ 93 ألف متر مكعب، ما يعزز قدرتنا على تلبية الطلب العالمي المتزايد على الأمونيا ودعم الاحتياجات المتطورة لعملائنا في مختلف الأسواق حو�� العالم.

At Make it in the Emirates @MIITEUAE, Fertiglobe has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with @Etihad_Rail, the developer and operator of the UAE’s national railway network, to explore rail-based logistics solutions connecting Ruwais to the East Coast ports of the UAE.

The collaboration will assess the feasibility of high-volume, efficient fertilizer transport, supporting a potential shift from road to rail to enhance logistics efficiency, strengthen supply chain reliability, and reduce transport-related emissions.

By exploring alternative logistics corridors, enhancing logistical flexibility, and advancing more sustainable transportation solutions, the initiative supports Fertiglobe’s broader focus on operational efficiency and lower-carbon operations across its value chain.

Fertiglobe delivers strong earnings, demonstrating continued operational resilience with 31% Y-o-Y adjusted EBITDA growth in Q1 2026. Revenues increased 32% to $915 million, while adjusted attributable net profit rose 98% to $145 million.

Operational performance remained strong, with urea operating rates reaching 96%, supported by ongoing efficiency improvements across our asset base.

During the quarter, the reduction in Fertil’s tax rate further aligned our effective taxation with regional benchmarks, enhancing our ability to deliver sustainable shareholder returns.

Despite ongoing Middle East trade route disruptions, our teams continued to reliably supply customers across 44+ countries, reinforcing our role in supporting global food security when it matters most.
