🔹 A first-ever permanent Cost of Disability payment of €500.
That means putting more money into the pockets of older people, recognising the vital role of carers, supporting people living with disabilities, and helping families meet the rising cost of living.
Fianna Fáil is focused on making sure older people, carers, people with disabilities & working families get the support they need.
Under these measures
€10 increase in core social welfare payments bringing the State Pension above €300 for the first time, to €309.30 per week
from €46,500.
* €250 in additional tax credits
* Increasing the Home Carer Credit by €100
* Increasing the second USC band ceiling by €1,600
That’s an average of €750 back in your pocket.
Rewarding work. Supporting families. Putting more money back in your pocket.
Fianna Fáil is rewarding work. 💪
We believe if you work hard, you should be able to keep more of what you earn.
That’s why we’re putting more money back in your pocket:
* Extending the 20% tax band from €44,000 to €46,500 meaning you only pay the higher rate of tax
