@eisabai I absolutely agree and this is great advice for junior devs. Especially blogging/writing, you can't start soon enough with that.

1:1s aren’t meant for status updates
👉It doesn’t scale
👉 You’re wasting valuable time that could have been better spent.
So what can we do? Use more efficient ways to get updates: Daily standups, Scrum/KanBan boards, or request regular async updates via Slack or email.
