I have been waiting for a 48 hour delivery for more than a week. It is addressed to a school. You first attempted delivery after 4 days. When you entered the school you asked if I worked there, a cleaner said no. The school has around 200 staff. I do. I have yet to receive it.

Hello #MIEExpert community. Does anyone know if I can either a) create a section group and distribute it into other section groups, in Class Notebook or b) have learners drag old sections into an archive section group in OneNote online and then rename?

This is an alert on my @motorolaUK phone. Pretty sure that 60×60=3600 for seconds in an hour and 3600×24=86400 for seconds in a day. You might be off by a little. Half a day works.

@HMRCcustomers I did call again. I waited 38 minutes before deciding not to waste more time. I don't think it was the person's fault. It was more like a machine figured I had been on the call long enough and disconnected. The person I was talking to was in the middle of a sentence.

@HMRCcustomers After waiting 50 minutes to speak to a person, I had a discussion about overpayments and was transferred to a different team. After giving my details to the new member of staff, a computer voice came on saying, "Thank you for your call, goodbye."

Just a quick couple of comments. First, agreement that a decline in both countries' bad. Second, the scale in that chart is very misleading: Scotland has dropped around 40 points, having a scale from 0 would clarify what 40 points means, so would having labels on the left.
