@ste_1000 Good afternoon, we are sorry to hear this has happened. The alarm has failed sooner than expected, if the alarm batch starts 15 ( it would be a 2015 model ) so ten years old this year, we provide an extra six months leeway on the alarms. If you have the receipt, please email us.

Please then return the alarm to the base to test.
