CAUSE FOR ALARM: Just one month into 2022, Ontario has already reported 21 fire fatalities. Be proactive and safeguard your home and loved ones. Let’s all do our part to stay fire safe.
A flashing green light on a car or truck means that a volunteer firefighter is responding to an emergency in their personal vehicle. Please pull over safely to allow them to pass. Remember, the emergency they are responding to may be yours.
Inspect decorative lights before using them and replace frayed or worn lights to prevent a fire this holiday season. Always follow the manufacturer's recommendations for the correct use of decorative lights.
Today, we remember the sacrifices made by those serving in our military past and present who ensure Canada remains a strong and free nation. #lestweforget

1) Unattended cooking
2) Careless smoking
3) Electrical wiring
