@GregoryRasputin @GregoryRasputin The card won’t accept any more credit because there is a top-up stuck on it so the only way retrieve the money is to send this card back and then you will need a new gas card going forward.

@ReynaldNags - Your gas meter will not make an audible alert when you're running low on gas, but it will shut off when you reach 15m3 and signifying that the meter is running low and the customer has the option to use their 15m3 of emergency credit, or top-up their gas to bring it above 15m3.

@ReynaldNags @ReynaldNags Unfortunately, it is not possible to top-up gas online or to have an online account with a PAYG top-up meter as we do not have smart meters for gas in Northern Ireland and therefore have no remote access to your meter.
