To everyone just starting out:
Take a picture of your early beginnings (no matter how raw).
Every epic story is made 100x better with a picture of “where it all started”
And if you think you’re gonna make history, might as well make it history.
To achieve great things you have to be willing to be disliked.
Because in the beginning, you’ll do different stuff than the people around you, and they’ll dislike you for it.
And in the end, you’ll achieve more than the people around you, and they’ll dislike you for it.
This quote is by Marcus Aurelius almost 2000 year ago.
From the earliest days of humanity, we’ve wrestled with the same truths that still shape us today
𝗟𝗶𝗳𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗻𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝗯𝗲 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗳𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗹𝘆 𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗺.
The fastest way to change your life is to change your environment.
It's hard to become the best version of yourself when you're surrounded by people who are the worst version of themselves.
Does Exercise Actually Give You Energy?
Context matters for sure in this conversation
Timing, intensity, recovery all tilt the balance between feeling drained vs energized
but yes
in the long run, both my experience and studies show that exercise gives you more energy

Independence comes in many ways..
1. Freedom of Time
2. Freedom of Location
3. Financial Freedom
Previous generations only were able to get 1 and 2 AFTER Number 3.
We live in a time where you can have 1 and 2 while working towards number 3.
It’s up to us to go after it.
The brain fog almost always comes from health related activities (or lack thereof).
Dehydration, poor nutrition, poor sleep, lack of exercise
When I put those small habits back in..
I almost always feel a boost in those deep-work hours
Some food for thought.
Friendly reminder, you can dominate in your career and grow financially without destroying your health.
Don't get me wrong, there are always different seasons in life where we have to go full throttle
Especially if we're just trying to make ends meet.
Not neglecting that.
How this affects me..
The first 4-5 hours of my day are usually dedicated to deep creative work, writing, heavy brain activity type of work before my meetings start
I need to maximize these hours and if my brain is all foggy, I just have this blank stare looking at my screen
