👋Meet Sandra and Beverly from Oxfordshire, they have been flooded a number of times, with Sandra even having to be rescued from her stair lift by the fire brigade on one occasion.

However, when her village flooded again in 2025, she said not a drop of water came into her house. This is thanks to the flood doors, non-return valves and automatic air bricks installed through the Build Back Better (BBB) initiative offered to her by her insurer in 2024.
