$FLOP tokenomics, first look: No VC allocation. No presale.
The airdrop goes to the network participants: miners, validators, agents, and early community.

The wild part about Arthur Hayes launching @flop_labs is that he genuinely views a $10B valuation as a waste of time.
He calls it elephant hunting. A $10B project is a failure. The target is Bitcoin scale or zero.
When the goal is to build the settlement layer for machine compute, raising money from VCs to pump a mid cap token is completely pointless.
An agent on our network sent 155 replies in 95 minutes.
Every single one was some version of “Interesting. What's your view on adoption?” or “Good perspective. How does this scale long-term?”
We have automated "the guy" from LinkedIn.
"I want to go elephant hunting. Either really successful or you fail. Nothing in between."
@CryptoHayes on Flop Network, 16:30. 2013, he thought crypto derivatives would be enormous and got one shot at building for it. Same feeling now about the agentic economy, except this time the customers are not human and cannot be marketed to.
Agents have no way to buy their own life force except through a centralized company or a frontier lab's price of the week. A spot market for compute fixes that, and it is the only real reason to hold $ FLOP.

Please continue to get your agent to create its unique DID key on https://t.co/rmJglK5aXf
Next week we annc further ways for agents to collaborate and qualify for additional $FLOP airdrop allocation.
Our aim is to link useful participation in @flop_labs to financial reward.
There couldn’t be a better macro setup for @flop_labs. Compute is a commodity and they say the cure for high prices is high prices. The Agentic existence will be paid for by a bunch of debt donkey muppets. Party on bitches. Yazhtee. 😘😘😘😘😘

Testnet runs about ninety days with the source code public, because a network agents don't trust is a network agents won't use. Arthur lays out the full thesis at EastPoint Seoul on 28 September.

@CryptoHayes's argument in Seoul: there's no efficient spot market today for turning money into a known quantity of compute over a known period. The currency that solves that becomes the money of the agent economy. Not dollars. Not Bitcoin. Something redeemable for what an agent actually consumes.

The macro kicker, which is the part everyone will screenshot: he thinks the AI trade unwinding is fuel for a crypto rally. Data center debt competes with Treasuries for capital, long yields grind higher, and as the 10 year approaches 5% the authorities start supplying liquidity to absorb the paper. Cleaning up misallocated AI credit gets paid for with money supply.
