Imagine being a minister from the same province and watching children learn in classrooms that look like abandoned factories 💔
Broken roofs. Kids sitting on floors. Pit latrines in 2026. Rain entering classrooms like it also registered for the school year 😭
Meanwhile wena you’re in a Johannesburg mansion fully furnished, with free water, free electricity, blue lights, bodyguards and enough food to start a catering business
How do you even sleep comfortably knowing children from your own province are studying under conditions that would make prison inspectors complain? 😩
South Africa doesn’t have a shortage of money. We have a shortage of shame and accountability.
One can’t be a critic of everything and not lift a finger to try change/fix the things we lament!
It gets old & tired…🙄
South Africa deserves our BEST effort!
Find a way to serve your fellow citizen, no matter how small you think it is, do it!
FAITH. FLAG. FAMILY. FREEDOM.
All I want to do is run, to run far, to feel that feeling of pushing beyond limits and being proud of what your body can do.. knee op #2 recovery here we go 🩼🩼🙏

This guy nearly spent a million rand just to sleep in Tokyo? Were the pillows made of taxpayer tears? Did the mattress come with a built-in ambassador? What exactly makes a bed cost R225,000 per night — was Beyoncé doing the turndown service? 💸🛌When ordinary South Africans can’t even afford bread, this kind of luxury isn’t just tone-deaf, it’s criminal in spirit. But as usual… @EFFSouthAfrica@Our_DA is silence. 👀
So Paul Mashatile blows R8 million on luxury trips and suddenly all political parties go mute? 🤐 @Our_DA? @EFFSouthAfrica? @MkhontoweSizwex@Action4SA@MmusiMaimane Y’all okay? I wont mention PA cps they are useless vele they love blue lights.. Or is misuse of funds only wrong when it’s not your guy? Do you care or you just busy recharging for 2026?
#ATT#ComradesMarathon runner Moira Harding bib #33485 has gone missing after completing the marathon. Family is besides themselves. If you have any info, please me know and I will pass onto them.
@BoerinZa@News24 Slap in the face for all who work hard to pay SARS every month, only to see where all the money is actually going... how much could rather have been done, how many poor fed, homes built, roads fixed.. really sad isnt it? Greed ☹️
Dear @HermanMashaba. Given that it's a new year, I thought I should take the time to pen this open letter to you. You might or might not see it. But that doesn't matter. If you do see it, your response will probably be negative. But that doesn't matter either. The people who will attack me (like they always do) for writing it won't matter either.
Let me start by commending you for your success in business. You became a successful black businessman at the height of Apartheid. A system that did everything possible to kill the entrepreneurial spirit of black people. You defied the odds and showed us all as black people that it is possible to conquer, even in the face of unimaginable adversity. I even wrote an article about this back in 2023 where I argued that you are a good role model to black youths in our country. I will always respect you for this aspect of your life, regardless of what anyone says.
You have been married to Mrs Mashaba for over forty one years now, and you have two children, Rhulani and Khensani, whom you love dearly. This is another reason why I respect you - you are a devoted family man. In a country where many black men have abandoned their families, you have chosen to remain committed to yours. I truly respect that. And I always will.
These are the primary reasons why I voted for you back in the 2021 LGEs. In you, Mr. Mashaba, I saw a leader who embodied everything that all of us as young black men should aspire to. The values of liberty, family, faith, and patriotism. You wanted to remove the ANC from power and fix this country. You wanted to scrap race-based policies and chart a new path of market-based reform. You were critical of the EFF and other organisations, which thrive on polarizing our society. I really admired all of this.
But something has clearly changed as of late (politically), and this is why we're here. Your party went back on its own promise and struck a deal with the ANC and EFF in Tshwane. Is this not the same ANC that you vowed to never hand over our municipalities to? When ordinary South Africans (both black and white) who also voted for you back in 2021 ask you about this, you justify the betrayal by portraying the DA as a racist party that didn't and doesn't serve "black" communities.
You also go on these racial tirades where you bash white people (particularly those who vote for the DA) for associating all black people with corruption and incompetence. You also go on and on about the "crimes of their ancestors". The same white people voted for you in Gauteng back in 2021. You have white members in your party. How do you think they feel when they hear you say these things? How could they have voted for you if they didn't trust you?
I will make a separate post regarding my concerns with the ANC and EFF some other day, but I really don't understand what has happened politically. Perhaps you can make me understand because I don't. I don't recognise you anymore, at least politically. If I'm wrong on anything I've said, please correct me (I'm not being sarcastic here).
Yours sincerely,
Ayanda Sakhile Zulu - a house negro, a coon, a blackface account, a self-hating black, and a paid agent of the Democratic Alliance.
Something about this app brings out the worst in a lot of people. Anger, vulgarity, base insults, racism, misogyny etc. Maybe it’s the relative anonymity. Sometimes I wonder if people ever review their own tweets and ask if they see their best version.
