If you book two independent flights for a single journey in separate tickets, please note that you are required to clear Customs and Immigration, collect your checked baggage (if any), then proceed to the relevant departure hall check-in counter to check in for your onward flight. Scoot will not be responsible for any costs or expenses you incur as a result of a missed connection. We strongly recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance throughout your travels. Please proceed to make a report at the Lost and Found Office at the arrival airport. You will need to complete a Property Irregularity Report (PIR) Form. For delayed baggage, the arriving station will contact you once the baggage is found. If we are unable to locate the bag within 14 days of arrival, it will be deemed as lost and you may proceed to submit a lost baggage claim through the Baggage Claims Portal (https://t.co/nduqJLMnW9).
