Swinney at #FMQs on his admission that "ringfenced" £600k IndyRef2 funds were spent for general party purposes: "What I said yesterday was nothing different to what the Scottish National Party said in 2021"
Yes, John. That's what the SNP said when it was being run by a fraudster
Opinion | The SNP's Holyrood election win is tainted by the Peter Murrell guilty plea.
Scots voted on May 7th without the crucial knowledge of the former SNP CEO's corruption.

Most of the £400k goods embezzled by Peter Murrell has NOT been recovered by police.

@JennyGilruthMSP gets annoyed at Keir Starmer accepting donations for, among other things, suits
"We pay for our own clothes in this job" she says.
Whilst her party chairman was stealing 400k...
Imagine if this had happened in any other party. The SNP would be screaming for resignations, inquiries and prosecutions.
Instead we're told to believe nobody saw anything, nobody knew anything and nobody is responsible.
Scotland isn't buying it.
100 loo rolls. 144 bottles of water. Laundry detergent stockpiled for weeks.
Then 48 hours later, Nicola Sturgeon was on TV telling Scots not to panic buy.
The SNP's motto: One rule for them, another for everyone else.
Living in a luxury house in London and sipping champagne on the book festival circuit is about as far away from serving a prison sentence as I can imagine. It’s worth remembering that thanks to Nicola Sturgeon vulnerable women in Scottish prisons are banged up with violent men.
Saying you are co-operating with the Police does not square with saying “no comment” for 7 hours.
It is also not the case that Nicola Sturgeon has been cleared. She has simply not been charged and that is a matter for the Crown Office not the Police.4/5
Revealing information in Sunday Times that Murrell & Swinney grew up together in Corstorphine, were both together in Boy’s Brigade and it was Swinney who appointed Murrell although he was already suspected of theft working for Salmond. “Honest” John has more questions to answer.
Sickening for Arsenal in the end. The fans should’ve just invaded the pitch at 1-0 and got the game abandoned.
The referee could’ve pretended he’d blown the whistle and Arsenal would be champions. Shame.
