California Republican Party Leader & Thinker Mr. @ZackGianino works with active & reserve Veterans daily. He speaks Truth & has always actioned measures for Public Safety. Read what he has to say on the matter of @aishabbwahab & her economic advocacy for the Terrorists:
“As someone with an International Relations Degree & that works with active, reserve & veterans every single day, it’s absolutely disgusting to see American Congressional politicians casually talking about the Taliban like it’s a happy-go-lucky new Govt — when in reality we know exactly what they are…a Nihilistic group of people that have no genuine interest in diplomacy with the United States.
Plus, does @aishabbwahab have ANY FREAKING CLUE what’s going on in Afghanistan right now?! 😳 OOFFF”

The Fall of a Roaring Lion
Commander Mirwais was a fearless lieutenant in the Afghan National Army infantry. He served with courage and distinction across several provinces, defending his country and protecting its people from the Taliban.
When the Afghan Republic collapsed in 2021, Mirwais refused to surrender. Instead, he made his way to Panjshir, where he continued his resistance against the Taliban.
He stood his ground until last night, fighting to his very last bullet before laying down his life in the name of freedom.
Commander Mirwais may have fallen, but his courage, sacrifice, and unwavering commitment to Afghanistan's freedom will never be forgotten.**
Rest in honor, brave lion of Afghanistan.
saffron is the only spice with published research showing it promotes hair growth through a mechanism that no other natural compound replicates: direct stimulation of VEGF (vascular endothelial growth factor) at the follicle through its unique compound crocin. let that sink in. the most expensive spice on earth builds new blood vessels to your hair follicles through the same growth factor that the sugar gel breakthrough of 2026 targets
saffron (Crocus sativus) has been used in Persian medicine for over 3,500 years. the ancient Persians used saffron infused oils as hair treatments for both growth and preservation of natural color. the tradition is documented in texts that predate Hippocrates. the Persians applied it to the scalp the same way they applied it to food: as a potent concentrate that transforms everything it contacts
the mechanism: crocin (the compound that gives saffron its distinctive yellow/orange color) stimulates vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) production at the dermal papilla. VEGF is the master signal for new blood vessel formation. new blood vessels around the follicle mean increased nutrient delivery, increased oxygen supply, and a larger, healthier dermal papilla. the follicle's infrastructure is expanded. a larger infrastructure produces a thicker hair shaft
• stimulates VEGF production at the dermal papilla, targeting the same vascular growth factor that the University of Sheffield's 2dDR sugar gel targets. two different compounds, same molecular target, same mechanism: build new blood vessels to the follicle
• crocin is a potent antioxidant that protects the follicle from oxidative damage while simultaneously stimulating vascular growth. the protection and the growth occur simultaneously from one compound
• reduces scalp inflammation through crocetin (a metabolite of crocin) which inhibits the NF kB pathway. the anti inflammatory effect complements the vascular growth effect
• Persian women who consume saffron tea regularly and apply saffron oil topically show lower rates of premature graying and age related thinning in regional health surveys
• protects melanocytes (hair color cells) from oxidative damage through its antioxidant activity. saffron applied to the scalp delivers the antioxidant directly to the pigment producing cells
• the concentration required is small: 5 to 10 strands of saffron per milliliter of carrier oil provides therapeutic levels of crocin. a single gram of saffron (50 to 60 strands) lasts 4 to 8 weeks of topical use
saffron costs $5 to $15 per gram depending on quality and source (Iranian saffron is the highest quality and most studied). one gram provides 4 to 8 weeks of topical treatment. $5 to $15 per month. the most expensive spice on earth is ironically one of the cheapest hair treatments because the dose per application is measured in strands, not tablespoons
steep 10 to 15 saffron strands in 2 tablespoons of warm jojoba or coconut oil for 30 minutes. the oil will turn golden. apply the infused oil to the scalp and massage for 3 to 5 minutes. leave on for 30 to 60 minutes before washing. apply 2 to 3 times per week. the golden color will not stain skin (unlike turmeric). effects on scalp blood flow noticeable within 2 to 4 weeks. visible hair quality improvement at 8 to 12 weeks
the most expensive spice on earth is one of the cheapest hair treatments available because the therapeutic dose is 10 strands per application. 3,500 years of Persian use. VEGF stimulation that builds new blood vessels to dormant follicles. $5 for a month of treatments. and the spice that has been coloring food gold for 35 centuries also builds the vascular infrastructure that your follicles lost a decade ago.

Heartbreaking video from inside Afghanistan💔
A father and his underage daughter are seen sitting in a public park, apparently using drugs. This is the devastating reality facing children and families in Afghanistan.
This is the age when this girl should be in school, learning, dreaming, and building her future. Instead, she is growing up amid a crisis marked by denied education, no basic rights, poverty, unemployment, and a lack of support.
Where is the United Nations? Where are human rights organisations? Where is UNICEF? Where is Save the Children? Where is our humanity? The UN funding is going where?
World cannot continue to turn a blind eye while Afghan children are deprived of their basic rights and exposed to such harm. Every child deserves education, protection, care, and hope.
The world must see them. The world must act. How much longer must Afghanistan’s children suffer in silence?

Many people don’t know this but some times after Taliban took over most of Afghanistan in 2021, the Panjshir province was the last province standing.
After fighting heroically, they fell short. A key fact that Taliban suppressed and people don’t know about is that Pakistan provided Taliban with air-support during that time bombing a lot of places inside Panjshir.
Therefore, any argument from Taliban becomes irrelevant. They are a bunch of hypocrites who asked helped from a foreign power to fight their own citizens.
Master hypocrites that people don’t need to take serious
Perhaps the Taliban should be blamed for harboring terrorists and conducting their Lar o bar activities in the southern border of Afghanistan. It’s no news that Taliban has historically cooperated with terrorists (Al Qaeda) and put the security of Af at risk through car bombs.
I hope the face of the dead baby covered in dust from today’s Pakistani bombing haunts the sleeps and afterlife of those Afghans who continue to have ‘resistance’ offices in Pakistan or attend conferences there to beg them for support.
One of the cheapest cold-prevention interventions I’ve seen:
Gargling with plain water 3x/day reduced upper respiratory infections by ~36% in a randomized trial.
