1/3 $FORW has issued 79,330,420 (restricted) shares in exchange for matured debentures issued in 2020. These notes (principle & interest) were converted @ $.02/share & the company is grateful that the holders agreed to convert at a price slightly above the current trading price.

2/3 The money obtained from debentures facilitated $FORW's investments in HUMBL, Maverick Energy & Ligand Global as well as the cost of doing business as a pubco. Not a penny was paid in salaries/consulting fees & the company's only debt is to CEO Sharp who provided cash loans.

3/3 While the new issuance may be considered to be dilutive, share issuances are necessary for legitimate non-revenue "start-ups" like $FORW to obtain cash in order to conduct business. All pubcos issue stock either to raise money, reward employees or pay dividends.
