Morning I've been listening to how people are going to try and keep themselves awake for the England game. Me I think the only way for me is on the treadmill however best made plans I'll probably fall asleep at midnight and sleep for hours!! "Alarm on phone" I hear you say!! or I could record then play back as live now that sound like a sensible idea!

Morning Re football as the saying goes "It wasn’t pretty but we got the result we needed" I see and hear the armchair jury are very vocal. But and I know from my career people don’t say oh they played/performed brilliantly but we lost. Its all about results and as Alf Ramsey the 1966 England team manager remained calm and defiant after a terrible World Cup game. Refusing to panic, he told his players: "Don't worry, we are still going to win the World Cup and he got it right!!

Morning how you getting on with the weather? I love the heat and training in heat is hard work the one time I am glad of a cold shower!
