In 2017 I broke my ankle playing football & I have struggled with weight loss ever since. There was a time I weighed 120kg. I felt awful. In April this year, I had enough and I set a 3 month target to lose fat. I attained it in a month. I ran & lifted weights & voila- I'm back!
