@bookingcom I've been trying for nearly 18 hours to get help and all I get is an Ai agent who tells .e to go where I've been for help which is NOT THERE! I'm stuck in S Africa and need help with a ticket I purchased thru BOOKING!
@RwandaAirports I wish @RwandaAirports would train their baggage handlers to unload PRIORITY bags first. We pay extra for business class then wait 45 minutes for luggage, disgraceful! Every time you mention to an employee they're sorry and will send an email to management and copy me. Never!
