A great book if I do say so myself. Available in paperback, on kindle, and an audiobook narrated by me. Thanks in advance.

What happened to me in the West Bank was an outrage. But it is nothing compared to what Palestinians face every day.
It is time to share their stories that American politics have silenced and ignored. This is our first video about Palestinians we met.
At the same time, it is a bad miscalculation to assume that, because the US has not won the war, that it cannot win the war.
US imperialism is extraordinarily powerul militarily and utterly ruthless in dealing with enemies. Even when it is losing, it will impose an enormous cost on an entire region, as in the Viet Nam War.
To assert now the US has lost the war is incorrect, the mistake of 'impetuous friends' as Mao called them.
I fear most people do not realize how absolutely fucked the world is at this point.
Iran has absolutely zero fucks left to give. There is zero trust or intention left to make any diplomatic efforts. Why would they? The US has proven once and for all that it cannot and should not be trusted or relied on. Iran knows that any further “ceasefires” or deals at this point are only breaks for the US and its supporters to rearm and restock.
And there's also absolutely nothing the US or anybody else can do to end this conflict militarily against a nation that knows it's going to be wiped out the second it shows any weakness - a nation that is willing to die before bending the knee. But also knows that even bending the knee wouldn’t save them against these predators.
Iran will fight this out to the last man, to the last woman.
While the US has no way of winning this war, unless it’s willing to send a million+ young Americans to die in a war of choice.
At this point, the only way to save the global economy and prevent World War III would be a real revolution and a true change of regime - in the United States.
@LaRepublica17@KennyBurgosNY 57,000 units are offline because landlords, who clearly can afford to go without that revenue, want to cry poor. Their ultimate goal is to win a SCOTUS case.
@KennyBurgosNY I thought your group represented landlords of rent regulated buildings. Market rate rents, the subject of the original post, are going up. What does that have to do with regulations that have no jurisdiction over them? Or are you saying that correlation is causation?
@Boatyyyyyyyyyyy@ozofperception Rents in NYC go up whether the demand is up or down. I live here. I know. As you say his evidence is vibes. But I still won’t call him a retard.
"40% of NYC rentals are occupied by people born outside the US."
38% of NYC residents are foreign born. The percentage of immigrants living in rent regulated housing is the same as their percentage of the total population.

@ZeekArkham "The overwhelming majority of the NYPD cops *hate* Mamdani."
Well, I guess they'll leave and find other jobs. Of course they won't. They have a good gig. They can retire early and have benefits that few others still have. Their complaints don't amount to much.
A website dedicated to securing the release of Dr. Hussam Abu Safiya has been launched. It includes information about his life, the latest updates on his case, and a timer tracking how long he has been held in Israeli torture prisons.

Honestly pathetic how some Chinese deny the practice of eating dog meat in some parts of the country to appeal to western sensitivities. Yes, it's a thing in some areas, and it's none of any foreigner's business.
More zionist vultures. Venezuelan vice minister Rander Peña received a delegation led by Todd Lamphere, vice president of the National Faith Advisory Board, very pro-Trump and very Zionist organization that trains its pastors to be "ambassadors" for Israel
