*BO1 PS4/5 PORTS BROKEN SNIPERS*

This footage is from the latest game update (1.13) on PS3. I also tested this on Xbox 360 and it's the same case.

The patch that fixes the snipers on BO1 only applies when you launch the game online. If you launch it offline, it acts the same way it did pre-patch, but as soon as you go online, it applies the patch even in local play. This is most definitely an oversight by @IronGalaxy. They must've simply brought back the offline files from the latest game update and didn't put the online patch into consideration.

Please fix this in the ports.
