Morning all… two of our own Dexter / Highland cross cattle came back from the abbatoir yesterday… beautiful pasture / grass fed native breed beef. Look at the colour of that beautiful fat… These will mature in our dry ageing rooms until Christmas week. #grassfed #beef 🇬🇧🥩🔪
