i am literally 6 pounds from my gw and i’ve hit the worst plateau oml

nvm… i ate biscuits now at 650 cals

fr ate like 450 cals today and i still feel so incredibly fat maybe i should reduce my cal limit

somehow i only gained a pound but omg never again i feel so sick

had friends visiting for the last week and ate out almost everyday i have never felt so fat in my life

@voidfilledgod for shorter fasts (24 hours and under) I just kinda go about my day but for longer fasts I make sure I’ve got a new book to read or show to binge
