Lol, for minimum base fitness 20 pull-ups…He probably reffering to himself while being 60kg and 1.70m tall.
As a fit guy who works out consistantly for a decade, to do clean 20 pull up is still insanely hard, makes it harder the taller and heavier you are.
As a young man, your minimum base fitness level should be:
• 50 push-ups
• 20 pull-ups
• 50 squats
• 20 dips
If this sounds unrealistic, you have SERIOUS work to do.
I totally agree with this.
Many people abuse their body with lack of healthy nutrition, and lack of physical activity.
Physical activities if done correctly indeed help with performance inside/outside the game, but remember, overdoing physical activities can make your performance worse — this issue is common actually.
It's funny how I and many others abuse our bodies while gaming. Snacks, sodas, fast food and barely any physical activity.
Today im older but in way better shape, more energy and most importantly more positive while gaming because of it.
Wish I felt like this during my peak!
Just a tip to all current players, please do some sort of physical activity it will make u better in every aspect.
(I usually don't do selfies so this is rare. Basically just took it to see the difference from a while back.)
“Inhale before you peek → hold while fighting → exhale after” is exactly how you influence people to do the wrong thing.
Yes, inhale vs exhale can shift RT a bit but in situations. But “HOLD while fighting” is gonna be misunderstood as a multi-second breath hold… which leads to tension, worse micro adjustments, tracking, and decision-making.
Reality: if anything, it’s a micro pause (like <1s) at most — not “hold your breath the whole gunfight.” And even then it’s not a universal buff in every situation. Different breathing styles help different situations (calm/accuracy vs pure snap).
Stop turning a very situationally based advice as an always do it advice, it will cause them to underperform more than perform better. And no, exhaling mid-peek isn’t why you’re losing gunfights.
Competitive gamers: exhaling mid-peek is why you're losing gunfights
This study found participants reaction times were 20-50ms faster during inhalation vs. exhalation
That's 5-12 frames at 240fps
Practice this:
→ Inhale before you peek
→ Hold while fighting
→ Exhale after
@omgmasaki @KonstantinDelF2 @Matty_OW It appears he is talking about Pro players in their specific category destroying any best static aimer in their own game which is CS or Valorant.
Pure static aim training doesn’t transition well into fps which involed dynamic movement.
You don’t need an amazing raw aim for a Pro player.
Look at scream, he was aim focused player — amazing aim however, almost anything else was lacking.
Elige does static aim training yet he hasn’t shown aim training impact in pro play as you claimed.
Yes, aim training can help improve aim weaknesses and consistency however, there are dozen more impactful things Pro’s can work on that give better bang for buck.
Remember we have roughtly 12h a day to practise if our full time job is in esports, adding constant aim training to have amazing “raw aim”, it would be actually destructive to growth and becoming better player.
“If even pros can’t hit JPC…”
Fun fact: most PRO FPS players do not have amazing raw aim, but would definitely be stronger pro players if they worked on their raw aim!
@jakeufps@LogitechG It's a Rapid Trigger, not a SOCD, and even if it was Valve doesn't even ban people for it, just kicks them from the server.
Should have done a bit more research before posting this. There is no evidence of Superstrike triggering a ban.
That’s beautiful and if you’re someone who does nug them into more meaningful direction, i commen you for that.
I played a lot of video games when I was a kid, however also did sports. If I had someone to guide me to the right direction I would of definitely spend more quality time elsewhere than gaming.
I wonder where he found the data for ‘often coping mechanism rather than a passion’
Video games are entertaining, fun, engaging and addictive just like other activities in life that hook you into continue doing them, the only difference it’s one of the easies activities to do, just like watching tv — This seems the realistic outcome, not to escape reality, cope with difficulties, escape reality or whatever.
Video games are often a coping mechanism rather than a passion. Kids are forced through six hours of meaningless school and then they escape into video games because it's the only place they have any agency. The games respond to their choices. School never does.
The real question is what do they actually want to do with their lives. Sometimes passions are suppressed by years of schooling and only come back when the schooling ends. Listen to them. Be genuinely curious about them. Don't just accept that video games are their real interest when games might just be their escape valve.
You’re not reading between lines…
You’re arguing possibility. I’m arguing about frequency and the OP’s “significant advantage” claim
Yes, a 20ms difference can flip a razor-thin duel. No one denies that — that was already explained.
But for it to “make or break rounds”, that duel has to be within that tiny margin and also be important.
Most fights are decided by much larger timing and positional differences as I already explained but you’re ignoring them for some reason.
20ms is a small probabilistic edge, not a game-defining factor in most scenarios you like to argue.
Wearing out joints? Jogging actually strengthens them.
Minimal hormones? Running is one of the best when it comes to increasing endorphins. For a reason there is such thing calles 'runner high'
If it's 'inefficient', why does it add years to life?
Testosterone Maxer writes nonsense with confidence. I love it.
Jogging is the most inefficient way to train
You’re just wearing out your joints for minimal hormonal gain
If you aren't fighting, lifting, sprinting or rucking, you're just wasting time
1 wall 6 targets small for 1 hour straight while i have 2KG plate attached to my hand.
Havent played kovaaks in a bit so I figured hmmmm why not make something super fun!
Was kinda hard to stay on target because the weight was wobbling a bit 😭
This Joseph guy seems to be obsessed with Attia. Does he even think critically?
How about the 300k could be from his best seller book, Outlive, and the podcasts, including sponsorships, but no, it has to be related to Epstein files where it mentions: have to connect you with rich people type shit.
