Spogomi is a Japanese competitive activity where teams collect litter within a set time and area. Our Inverness Youth Social Action group organised a Spogomi event in the Merkinch area of Inverness. Resulting in fun and a clean Park too!

The @G2GScotland programme supports vulnerable young people in the Highlands through school-based mentoring. With help from Parklands, 15 teens took part in a recent project:
✅ 100% earned a qualification
✅ 93% improved wellbeing
✅ Teachers saw real progress in behaviour
Today is the first anniversary of UNCRC incorporation into Scots law. Having children’s rights in law is a huge milestone but it’s just one step. We’ll keep holding people in power to account so every child in Scotland can have their rights respected, protected, and fulfilled.
