Durante toda esta semana, la Argentina tuvo el honor de presidir el inicio de las negociaciones para elaborar el primer tratado internacional destinado a promover y proteger los derechos humanos de las personas mayores. Por mandato del Consejo de Derechos Humanos @UN_HRC, delegaciones de todas las regiones, expertos y representantes de la sociedad civil comenzaron, en Ginebra, un proceso largamente esperado que busca fortalecer la dignidad, la protección y los derechos de millones de personas mayores en todo el mundo.
