@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help this is the 8th SCHEDULE AHEAD catering order that was immediately unassigned as soon as I logged in. I have sent support multiple videos and have multiple case reports. ABSOLUTELY ZERO RESPONSE. SOMEONE PLEASE FIGURE OUT THIS BUG.

@DoorDash @DoorDash_Help now up to 7 in a row immediatelyunassigned. Sent video proof of bug to "supervisor" emails and have 2 case numbers. NO SENSE OF URGENCY FROM ANYONE FROM SUPPORT. A little help? It just can't be me who is affected.

@DoorDash I can't believe I actually have to say this but you need to send out a reminder message or something to all the DoorDash drivers to tell them to stop parking in handicap spots
