"From my first day, the people took to me straight away when they didn't have to and I'll never be able to say thank you enough."
Go and smash it in Barcelona, @anthonygordon 🖤🤍
@BROWEA I don’t think he’s good enough to be no 1 but what is he meant to do when the other 10 clowns around him cant create any chances for him? Really harsh slagging him off when he’s feeding off fuck all
Time for actions to speak louder than words - what we’ve seen from the ownership since Amanda left has been piss poor! Words mean very little, time to grow some balls and do what you say you will #NUFC
Thank you to the travelling support today , clearly a very disappointing result at the the end of an underwhelming season, despite some great moments in the champions league and other domestic cups we have not lived up to where we should and need to be.
All of us from ownership down to the coaching staff and players will work tirelessly over the summer to advance our project ,come back stronger and start the new season in the best way possible
To all our supporters, staff everyone associated with @NUFC thank you for your support.

The referee’s call of no penalty was checked and confirmed by VAR – with it deemed that Souček’s arm was in a justifiable position while engaging in a challenge with an opponent.
Shit like this should be a retrospective ban - it’s a blatant attempt to get him sent off and deceive the referee #PGMOL need to start clamping down on it
Agreed on the how beaten he looks part of this tweet - hasnt been the same bloke since his hospital stay last season massive shame but it looks close to the end for him #NUFC
Let’s talk about this incident
Gabriel clears the ball (beating Pubill to the ball) before Pubill flies in late and kicks through Gabriel’s outstretched leg without winning the ball
That’s a foul
Anything that happens after is now irrelevant
Simple 🤷🏼♂️

The referee’s call of no red card was checked and confirmed by VAR – with the action from Gabriel deemed not to be excessively aggressive or violent.
🤔 I get the argument that the #nufc players are letting Eddie Howe down (some clearly are) but there can't be many Premier League managers who had as much influence over players who came in as he did last summer.
Aaron Ramsdale a good example of a strategy that has been found wanting. Went with 'what we know' / PL experience rather than being prepared to take a chance on better with less experience. It hasn't worked. It's going to change, from what I'm hearing.
#nufc are in a really tough spot. Howe has done a wonderful job but this season has been really poor & the last few weeks have been totally unacceptable. I'm glad he has the fire but #nufc now being out-fought & out-thought by mid-table rivals & that worries me. Yesterday's result was all-too-predictable.
Whatever Newcastle are going to do (stay/go), it would be useful for them to make that decision well before end of season & communicate it clearly. Uncertainty over manager / player futures is hugely corrosive & with seemingly nothing to play for drift could become toxic.
@cjhhhh21 I feel like with us struggling as we are he’s trying too hard at times to make things happen and that means he gives the ball away a lot more compared to last season!
