So @PeterMurrell is married to @NicolaSturgeon he gets legal aid despite having two houses and a massive pension; repays @theSNP in preference to the taxpayer and gets his trial post-election
Peter Murrell could be denied taxpayer cash for his lawyers.

@Stevo71Tate@PeterMurrell@NicolaSturgeon@theSNP Criminals have their assets frozen when they are arrested to stop them shifting the lot into their wife’s name and legal costs are not paid until the Criminal Trial is completed - he got legal aid because the SNP are thieves and their members are too stupid to be offended.
It’s not @PeterMurrell@NicolaSturgeon thievery causing the embarrassment - it’s @theSNP State Sponsored cover up and use of taxpayers money thats the problem
A banana republic with no sun
SNP embezzlement scandal 'has made Scotland a laughing stock'.

@GreenBhoy1967 No he’s not.
He knows he was lied to by the thief @NicolaSturgeon and is going to be investigated by Westminster and that independence is dead for a decade.
An irrelevance and too stupid for respect.
@GreenBhoy1967@theSNP is a corrupt institution and @PeterMurrell and @NicolaSturgeon have shut down the independence debate for a decade. Thank you the SNP paying members for being ripped off and not complaining.
Scotland is broke. We’ve run up £342 billion of debt in the last 26 years.
£306 billion of that debt was run up under the SNP alone
The SNP is a crime organisation that should be expunged from Scotland
Remember when Nicola Sturgeon commented on Alex Salmond’s acquittal and basically said that just because he was found not guilty doesn’t mean it didn’t happen?
Those words might come back to haunt her. After all, just because she hasn’t been charged with anything doesn’t mean she won’t be charged in the future.

A reminder that when the SNP boasts of having received "donations", the hundreds of thousands of pounds they receive from the UK Electoral Commission are classed as "donations".
Scotland - A One-Party Banana Republic?
I came across this old cartoon by Steve Bell featuring Alex Salmond, Nicola Sturgeon and Peter Murrell
Laughter is the best medicine
John Swinney said in the election campaign his first priority was to reduce the price of bread, milk, chicken and rice for ordinary Scots.
It seems we will have to wait until he gets back from Miami before he gets round to it.
There is such a dark, slimy pile of criminality surrounding @theSNP all of it absorbing massive amounts of taxpayers money, it’s about time all of it was publicly exposed, no redaction!
Ex-SNP chief's criminality raises questions over Salmond sex case.

@joannaccherry@boswelltoday It can only be fixed from outside Holyrood. Having another “Animal Farm” style enquiry where lessons will be learned & no one really gets any answers because difficult questions are filtered out will be another expensive sham to add to the list.
Allegations of cash for seats coming on top of serious questions for the Crown & the Police make it increasingly likely there will be a Westminster inquiry. Scottish public life will be fixed from above unless the Scottish Government has the guts to set up an independent inquiry.
Peter Murrell qualified for legal aid while owning a villa in the Algarve worth potentially hundreds of thousands of pounds.
A simple question:
How did a man with a holiday home abroad end up getting taxpayers to help fund his defence?

If Peter Murrell accepted £50,000 in exchange for political favours, then Police Scotland must investigate.
The public deserve answers on who paid it, what was promised, and who knew.
Anything less would raise serious questions.
