The Divine Mother Kundalini
(A Quick 🧵)
Manly P. Hall wrote in "The Occult Anatomy of Man", "The ancient Hindus have a legend concerning the goddess Kundalini, in which it is said that she descended by means of a ladder or cord from heaven to a little island floating in the great sea. Connecting this with embryology, it is evident that the ladder or cord represents the umbilical cord, while the little island is the solar plexus. When the ladder is cut away from heaven the goddess flees in terror to a cave (sacral plexus), where she hides far from the sight of men. Like Amaterasu, the Japanese Goddess of the Shining Lace, she must be lured from her cave, for while she is there and refuses to come forth the world is in darkness. Kundalini is a Sanskrit word meaning "a serpentine or twisting gas or force". This force, so the Eastern sages claim, can be drawn up through the central spinal canal (the Sushumna). When this essence strikes the brain it opens the center of spiritual consciousness and inner perception, bringing with it spiritual illumination. The system of culture whereby this is made possible is the most secret teaching of the Eastern saints, for they realize that this spiral, twisting force is not only illuminating but, like the serpent which is its symbol, also a deadly poison."
The aim is to 'raise the Kundalini' OR draw this primordial, primarily dormant, energy up from where it is sleeping like a "Coiled Serpent" in the Root Chakra near the Sacrum ("The Holy Bone") and allow it to enter the six other Chakras until, in union with the Crown Chakra, it creates a State of Enlightenment, opening the Thousand Petalled Lotus that is the Higher Consciousness. This is the PEARLY Gates of Heaven.
The Kundalini is a DUAL Current, this manifests in the symbolism of the Caduceus as the WHITE, Positive, Yang SNAKE and the BLACK, Negative, Yin SNAKE wrapped around the CENTRAL Pillar or Sushumna. This Dual Current is, also, symbolized by Adam and Eve, Joseph and Mary, Shiva and Shakti, Red King and White King, Ida and Pingala.
The CENTRAL PILLAR is the Staff of Aaron, the Rod of Asclepius or Mose's Brazen Serpent. The Central Pillar is what Buddha called the Middle Way. The Greeks called this the Pillar of Stone.
The awareness of the presence of this primordial energy Kundalini within the human body was considered the highest knowledge by the sages and saints.

Getting the D is never more critical than it is at this time of year. 🙂 LOL
I am referring to vitamin D3. Get your mind out of the gutter!
While I instilled a bit of humor, this is something that really needs to be taken seriously. Especially for any of you who suffer from seasonal affective disorder, a.k.a. SAD. In fact, you should have been taking it about a month ago.
But the question is, how much should you take?
Unless you live in a country or state that has an abundance of sunshine which you are exposed to on a daily basis, you should be taking a minimum of 1000 IU for every 25 pounds of body weight from October until May. Thus, a 150-pound individual would take 6000 international units per day, while a 200-pound individual would take 8000 international units per day.
After a while, should you begin to feel a little bit of pressure in your head but not a full headache, you should drop back to taking it every 2nd day instead of every day.
This is essential preventative nutrition for those with seasonal affective disorder.

Let us talk about guilt and shame, where it is maintained in your brain, and the damage that can be done to your entire body by holding on to these emotions and not finding ways to release them.
First of all, guilt and shame are processed in what is known as the right anterior orbitofrontal cortex, which is just a fancy name for the right side of the very front of your brain, behind your right eye.
While the left side of the orbitofrontal cortex is responsible for processing positive emotions and your body's reward system for those positive thoughts and emotions, the right side is quite the opposite. It is responsible for almost all negative emotions, the region of the human brain's frontal lobe that can lose mass in people with long-term negative emotions.
It would help if you found a way to come to terms with your negative thoughts because when this region of the brain loses mass due to chronic negative thoughts, it disconnects from the amygdala and thalamus.
As a result, pro-inflammatory molecules that will pass the blood-brain barrier are released but will also travel body-wide. This results in oxidative stress of not just the brain but the entire body.
This equates to a slow but consistent shortening of your life expectancy and overall health. Please remember that inflammation is the starting point of most chronic diseases.
As always, I only present you with a problem if I am going to present you with possible solutions.
Here are some of the possible solutions, but only you trying them will identify what will work for you:
1. A good and real life/spiritual coach that will dive deep into your conscious and subconscious mind.
2. Family Constellation Therapy, which is quite remarkable.
3. Emotion Code Therapy: yes, I said emotion code therapy. And while I still do not agree with certain things in its teachings to practitioners, overall, the therapy is highly functional.
A sage procures light via the eye/skin to transform it to wisdom in the mind. He uses melanin as his tool and leptin as the magic wand. A well crafted idea, very much like good storytelling, can elucidate fuzzy concepts. Ask a sage, they will explain. Ask a fool, they will complain. The sage doesn't seek to be profound, but useful. A sage himself is a former fool who got tired of themselves. One octave of light is worth a thousand chance rendezvous.

There’s a lot of information out there about circadian rhythm and honestly a lot of it is confusing. So, I’m going to explain the circadian rhythm as if we’re in elementary school: Our bodies have a special built in clock. This clock assists our body in knowing when it’s time to wake up, play, eat, work, go to the bathroom and sleep. This special clock is known as our “circadian rhythm”, and it is aligned with and controlled by the rising and setting of the sun. Our circadian rhythm helps our body to know when its daytime and when it’s nighttime.
Our circadian rhythm controls 𝒔𝒐 𝒎𝒂𝒏𝒚 of our bodily functions including:
•our sleep-wake cycle
•cognitive function (think: memory, attention, problem solving skills)
•mood regulation
•release of various hormones (including cortisol, the stress hormone and melatonin, the sleep hormone)
•metabolic health
•cardiovascular health
•digestive health
•body temperature regulation
•overall long-term health
𝑾𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒅𝒐𝒆𝒔 𝒕𝒉𝒊𝒔 𝒎𝒆𝒂𝒏?
Essentially, all of our major body functions are controlled by our circadian rhythm and being misaligned with it can cause a slew of different illnesses, ailments, mood disorders, sleep issues and more.
Aligning with our circadian rhythm can be a simple fix with massive results.
Prior to aligning with my own circadian rhythm I struggled with anxiety, depression, insomnia, fatigue, mood issues, obesity, sluggish digestion, chronic bloating and more.
Since aligning with my circadian rhythm? I haven’t taken a Xanax in years, I wake up energized, I have no digestive issues or afternoon crashes and I don’t even need to drink coffee anymore!
Aligning with your circadian rhythm is as simple as going to bed and waking up earlier.
That is, of course, easier said than done.
The hardest shift I had to make was in my mentality about sleeping/waking earlier because at first it felt like I was missing out on something by going to bed earlier.
I realized that none of the things that I did while I was “up late” were particularly productive or purposeful. I was essentially just consuming – consuming weed, consuming food, consuming mindless tv, consuming other people’s thoughts and posts on social media. I wasn’t going to miss out on much by adjusting my sleep schedule.
After I shifted my mentality about my bedtime.. I had to make a few other shifts to align with my natural circadian rhythm.

Medical Benefits of Prayer
Today I read a post on FB written by someone I don't know about Bach. It really touched me, so I decided to explore the power of prayer. After you read this note you will understand why.
"Did you know? Johan Sebastian Bach lost his little daughter and then three sons and then his wife.
Then he remarried and then he and his second wife, Anna-Magdalena, lost four more daughters and three sons. Eleven beloved children...
Many researchers have wondered: how Bach managed to handle these losses? How did he not stop breathing, how did his heart not stop? And most importantly, how could he continue to write music? Kantati, cello suites, masses, concerts...
The most beautiful music the world has heard. Do you know how he did it?
At the end of the his music, he always wrote "Soli Deo gloria" (Glory to God alone) and in the beginning, "Lord help." Therefore, you can pray during Bach's music because the music itself is a prayer. You could, then, consider Bach's music a conversation between man and God. How do you deal with pain? Worship is the best solace."
Prayer is a considered a form of medicine, and it falls into the complimentary, alternative category. It has similar benefits to meditation. Praying increases release of dopamine. (As a side note, dopamine plays important roles in executive function, motor control, motivation, arousal, reinforcement, and reward through signaling cascades that are exerted via binding to dopaminergic receptors at the projections found in the substantia nigra, ventral segmental area, and arcuate nucleus of the hypothalamus of the human brain.) Prayer can calm your nervous system, shutting down your fight or flight response. It can make you less reactive to negative emotions and less angry. Prayer elicits the relaxation response, which lowers blood pressure and other factors heightened by stress. It also releases control to something greater than oneself through secondary control, which can reduce the stress of needing to be in charge. Prayer is a go to habit for stress management because it can improve release of testosterone and related androgen hormones such as DHEA. When we intently and consistently pray, we increase the blood flow to our frontal lobes and to our anterior cingulate, which causes the activity in the emotional centers of our brain to decrease. That helps us develop the capacity to make responses that maintain and even sense of peace.
There is definitely skepticism out there about the healing power of prayer, but at the end of the day when your soul needs respite few words may make a difference.
