@psyclone1976 Hi! Glad to hear. The reason we’re not super specific is that we wanted to keep the instructions simple and the amount of ginger isn’t crucial to the result. I like it with a lot of ginger, around a thumb, but if you aren’t a big ginger fan you can use less.
