My @Samsung tv remote got hot to the touch, smelled like burning plastic, and started melting after my daughter plugged it in. She thought she was going to burn herself. Samsung checked it out and said there’s “nothing wrong.” Totally normal, right?

@washingtongas it has been over 6 months since I submitted a request for new gas service and still nothing. 10+ hours on the phone with customer support and they have no recommendations. Who should I contact?

@DominionEnergy my construction project has been delayed for 4 months now due to inability to get a site plan. Today I just heard that it was going to be over another month before the site plan is complete. Please advise on how I can expedite this
