So many ppl got their cookie run store purchases through dhl which is a rly high quality and quick shipping service, but then me and others are having their stuff sent through gofo which is notorious for late, damaged, or missing packages 😭

gofo shipping having a terrible name so that they're difficult to search for, because they are an awful company. they "attempted" delivery of a package a little over a week ago, called and their ai bot said they'd redeliver. now they're saying they've lost the package

@JOKAQARMY1 Naw, it’s cuz we got so much LOGISTICS today is ridiculous. Regular working people, trucks galore, uber, DoorDash, parcel, ups, GOFO, Veho, Amazon, spark diver, Uber Eats, the list goes on. Half the people in the grocery store are shopping DoorDash orders. Everything is delivery

@GavinNewsom You freakin idiot just had driver here in Texas deliver a package to my home. He couldn’t speak or read English and he works for gofo. I will be reporting this to our attorney general here in Texas. By the way I’m Hispanic last name Garcia so I’m not prejudice.

@SHEIN_Official stop using SpeedX and whoever tf GoFo Express is for your shipping and delivery. They have terrible customer service and it’s hard to reach them about your package. Why aren’t y’all using UPS and FedEx anymore?

@PlushieDreadful My package can't seem to be delivered to me, it's been stuck in a "incorrect/Insufficient address" loop ever since being handed off to GoFo, even though the address on the package is correct. Is there another shipping company you guys can use in the future??? 😭

yall need to stop delivering through gofo, cause if my package is not actually on a truck and out for delivery then don’t fucking email saying my package is “out for delivery”

@SHEIN_Official has been sooo difficult. I have provided so much information to prove my package wasn’t received and for some reason think I’m lying. I’ve been arguing with these people for 40 days and 40 nights at this point. STOP USING GOFO EXPRESS FOR DELIVERIES.
