@proales All depends. If OPEC makes good on their oil reduction threats and gas goes to $10/gallon, a small EV that costs pennies to run starts to sound attractive.
In my last 12 months of EV ownership, gas would have to cost less than $0.95/gallon to break even.
@proales New cells are made to be charged to 100% and can gain 200 miles on an L3 during a pee-break. L2 charging is stupid-easy to roll out (and is).
Moot as we should instead focus on mass transit and mixed zoning to combat the oil-laden smog-capped asphalt hellscapes we keep building.
