@ACTFibernet I am seeking an explanation from Act management that how can a customer is made scape goat for wrong mobile number updates by your sales team while creating profile for new connection?? Customer is made to pay additional amount for mobile connection.
Some senior guy from customer relations should study this matter and relook at your SOPs. My issue still remains unresolved. Hope ACT will act atleast now when I have paid for mobile change which was the mistake of your guy . May god give some empathy to you guys ๐
The buck is passed on from sales guy to service guy and to their team leads and then back end team and also the customer care.. does it take 13 days to correct the mobile number which was actually updated wrongly by your guys ?? Just ponder

@ACTFibernet I spoke to your sales team again when they confirmed my mobile no is updated and also spoke to service Engg for help and again they say they will resolve issue tomorrow.. God only can help
