Reform UK (8 MPs): All 8 have Conservative Party history. 5 were sitting Conservative MPs who defected recently (Anderson, Kruger, Jenrick, Rosindell, Braverman). Dozens more ex-Tory MPs and ~80 ex-Tory councillors have joined.

Compare with Restore... Restore Britain (1 MP): Rupert Lowe left the Conservatives in 1993 (33+ years ago). No recent or sitting Tory MPs have joined.
Its local councillors are mostly defectors from Reform, not from the Tories.

So, Reform is far more accurately described as being in cahoots.
Restore has none of the recent ex-Tory influx.
