@drlouisenewson Your Balance app really helped me when I needed to ask my GP for HRT- it gave me the confidence to know something was wrong and to be armed with answers when my GP started Googling menopause symptoms- thanks for everything you do ❤️

Lots of women tell me about the difficulties they face getting support from their GP for their perimenopause and menopause, and we know it can take some people up to 10 health care appointments before they reach an appropriate diagnosis and treatment.
There’s lots of work to be done in this area, but one way you can support your own journey is to be prepared before you visit your GP. If you can note down all your symptoms and keep yourself informed, it’s likely you’ll reach the right diagnosis much faster. That’s why we created the Health Report feature in the @balanceMeno app - it will prompt you each day to log how you’re feeling, and then before your next appointment you can download a report to show to your GP. It’s a totally free app and feature, and I hope it can help a lot of you!

@drlouisenewson is one of the greatest pioneers in womens health in modern day history. Shame on anyone who says different. If you care about women and womens health you will understand how important Louise is to the Menopause Revolution.
Attacks against @drlouisenewson are attacks against every woman who is seeking support and treatment for menopause. And I take it as an attack against me personally.
