VIP SPOTLIGHT: Ryan Weibling (@rweibs5)
2027 LHP | Canfield
The lefty turned in a season that did the talking:
⚾ 0.827 ERA
⚾ 8-1 record
⚾ 66 K in 42.1 IP
⚾ .175 opponent average
⚾ 1.205 WHIP
⚾ 61% strikes
. Add 5 pickoffs and you’ve got a southpaw who controls the run game the way lefties are supposed to.
A big time follow for college coaches for this uncommitted LHP.
I have officially entered the transfer portal with 3 years of eligibility remaining.

@BBGreatMoments Jon Lester is a HOF! Only Verlander and Scherzer have 200 win as he does. They will be HOF as well. He has 3WS titles, NLCS MVP, NL wins leader, an No-hitter and Red Sox and Cub HOF!
@tonyposnanski@CurryHicksSage “A” average about 15K-22K a year so yes about 10X and life in the minors is miserable. Travel and hotels are much better for these guys trust me.
@BenVerlander Ben…I have a serious question for you. If a fly ball grazes the foul post it would be considered a home run even though the center mass of the ball would be foul. Believe me, I have been a high school baseball coach for 26 years and have never seen a situation like this.
