@AmazonHelp They have been trying to fix a simple issue for the last 3 months. Also, seem they're either incapable or unwilling to provide service. You need to be careful listing their brand on your website. You'll have lots of disgruntled customers.

Please be aware, don't buy Sekyo watches. There India service is extremely poor. I bought a Sekyo kids watch through Amazon almost 4 months back. It stopped working within couple of weeks. Since then Sekyo service center is trying to take me for a ride.
