5/7/22 @ToastTab credit card payments go down completely for about 40 minutes while I had 1,000 guests at my venue purchasing food and beverages! About $500 in lost revenue from declined credit cards! Terrible software and customer service! Not even one email to notify us!
@ToastTab Is anyone else having issues with Toast? Their customer service is completely unresponsive! I have 20 terminals in my establishment and they do not answer phone calls!
@CelebrityCruise#CelebrityApex - currently jailed in the Apex with my wife & two kids 2 yrs old & 5 yrs old. They will not let us leave the ship unless we pay for a guided tour. We offered to get our kids tested before reentering the boat & were denied. We are “Retreat” members!
Ticket changing options for @Delta “Valued Skymiles customers” are pretty disappointing considering I am a repeat Delta One customer. Delta One passengers shouldn’t have such a hassle when needing to change a flight considering the price tags that come with flying @Delta one!!
@Delta The rebooking process and policies on flights that were cancelled due to covid-19 is quite disappointing. “Valued Skymiles members” should not be left with no answers or solutions to their Delta travel plans.
