Scammed by @StubHub !! Bought tickets to #WMPO and couldn’t get in… called StubHub and they said they wouldn’t issue a refund despite their FanProtect Guarantee. Disappointed is an understatement :(

@ATT my wifi has been out for 9 days... app and customer service keep saying "will fix in 24 hours" but it's been NINE DAYS! I've paid $23.50 for wifi I can't use... Nobody to call locally to get an estimate - do I need to get out there and do it myself??? #dobetter #upset
