@GreenNineteen_ @ShamsCharania The Spurs only finished bottom 3 once. Yes they got Wemby but I'm confident they'd have fielded a more competitive team if the goal was to finish 4th and not last. The goal posts have been moved but the reward is still achievable.

The new rules would have rewarded OKC not prevented them. They only bottomed out twice, both times finishing 4th.
