कि बंगाल के छूटे हुए 18000 मतदाता tribunal में पेंडिंग हैं, दूसरी बार नंदीग्राम और रेजीनगर में अपने वोट के अधिकार से वंचित रह जाएँगे

#BREAKING Petition filed in the #SupremeCourt against CEC Gyanesh Kumar in the light of the 'The Indian Express' report that various decisions relating to SIR were taken without the concurrence of other two Election Commissioners.

Petitioner seeks a declaration that all those decisions are illegal, and restoration of original FORM 6.

Petitioner also seeks an inquiry by a SIT into how 13 crore voters were deleted from the rolls.

The petitioner further seeks prosecution of Gyanesh Kumar, Maneesh Garg IAS, Dy EC, and Seema Khanna, IT Head of ECI, for alleged violation of duties under the RP Act.

चुनाव आयोग ने जवाब दिया है, जिसमें जवाब नहीं है.

1. क्या Indian Express की खबर झूठी है ?
2. क्या Form 6 नहीं बदला ?
3. बंगाल में 22 लाख वोटर्स की सुनवाई थी 36 लाख कैसे हो गए ? वो भी 16.10 लाख deletion के आवेदन किसने दिए ?
4. क्या सुखबीर संधू और विवेक जोशी ने ये नहीं कहा कि वो फैसलों में शामिल नहीं थे ?
5. BJP के बजाय EC पीसी क्यूँ नहीं कर देता ?
