LEGAL ALERT: A Texas federal judge has ruled that the ATF’s “frame or receiver” rule is both void for vagueness and violates the Second Amendment, saying that the rule "contradicts the actual historical tradition of personal gunsmithing." The decision applies to the plaintiffs in the case: https://t.co/2LpWCuVzde
How many G80 Project (g80 dot com) unfinished receivers, finished receivers, and 3d printed frames do I have?
The one shown on the dock below? The one in the PDW frame I'm shooting? 50 that aren't shown in the video?
I suppose only I know and I'll be keeping it that way 🦅
Definitely don't share this post nor the files accordingly...

The Third Circuit heard oral arguments yesterday in Defense Distributed's lawsuit against New Jersey's ban on 3D-printed gun files. You can listen to the arguments here: https://t.co/7AhAiT6Z67
It’s been a relatively quick yet long-winding road to SCOTUS in our Garland v. VanDerStok ATF “Frame or Receiver” Final Rule Lawsuit.
From the very beginning, Aug 11, 2022, when we filed our complaint, to securing a preliminary injunction which blocked the rule less than two months later, to the subsequent flood of intervenors joining the fight, our progress has been rewarding, and one thing remains clear:
FPC has fearlessly led this fight against ATF despotism and will continue to lead the charge until every last rogue jackboot is made irrelevant.
Here at ghostguns we LOVE to HATE the ATF!!
We thought today would be a good day to release the long-awaited PBS 43!! Happy Valentine's <3
