So…the Giants season is…*not*…over?

They move on to Washington next week, once again pursuing “1-0”

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

According to Jeremiyah Love, he was NOT injured during that final drive of plays where he was not on the field.

They are managing his workload because it’s going to be a long year.

The Cardinals just lost their third straight with an absolute nightmare of an upcoming schedule.

7:30 PM start....!

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

We will be live around 7 PM tonight to break down the first place Giants win over the Cardinals.

I’ll also touch on locker room conversations I had with Arvell Reese, Tremaine Edmunds, Abdul Carter, JJ McCarthy, and more.

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

@Giants_Rant They got that point back

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Ended up being worst case scenario in a game they already gave up a free point because the Giants wanted to be tied up with 4:30 left in the second quarter

Giants start the second half with the ball - need to be smart here.

I asked JJ McCarthy what it was like to be on the NYG sideline

“Blessed”

As he smiled ear to ear

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

“Dominant game changer”

What Arvell Reese is pursuing

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

“We had tight coverage the whole game.”

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Giants did have plays designed for JJ McCarthy today - that was part of the reason why he was active

Gave them options

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Being in first place, does it mean anything to John Harbaugh?

“It’s an opportunity”

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

“I thought you had to touch the guy for it to be a pass interference”

-John Harbaugh

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

The New York Giants are in sole possession of first place in the NFC East

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

The football gods made it right after a bogus pass interference called on cornerback Deonte Banks.

98-yard pick six, at the buzzer

Giants win 36-24

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Defensive backs need to stay clean here - no flags

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Special teams making THE difference in the fourth quarter

Now it comes down to the defense with just over 2:00 left

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Since their 9 carry, 81-yard start...

The Cardinals have rushed for 35 yards on 16 carries

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

Jeremiyah Love and Tyler Allgeier are averaging 9 yards per carry through the first two drives.

They have 9 carries.

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

The carry split between Najee Harris and Cam Skattebo:

Skattebo: 11
Harris: 9

[The Giant Insider Podcast and Newspaper @GiantInsider]

23-yard return for Charlie Jones - spoke to him this week and he was really excited to get his opportunity here.
