@P_Bruijning This looks bad, up to 100x the risk! But from the presentation: "10–100 per 1 million person years x (7 days/365 days per year) = 0.2–1.9 per
1 million person 7-day period". So even if it's 100x risk, it's 0.02% of the people, on average. Sounds way better.

@dvassallo @MasonRMcClellan You just can't sell or rent for the next 12 months. I think the reasoning is, if you gotta live in it, you'll make it safe. Still need to get an "owner's work permit" and get it inspected to be up to code.
