@McDonaldsMexico hoy tuve la peor experiencia en la sucursal de Cuauhtemoc. Me equivoque en mi orden y la manager super grosera se negó a darme o cambio o refund. Le ofrecí soluciones y a todo decía no. Super mal customer service y mas porque el cambio era una cosa muy chica

@rebecaperuyero @Aeromexico @Aeromexico @AM_Escucha @AeromexicoInfo 2/2 y cuando reclame a customer service nada mas dijeron ah perdon.Mientras tanto viaje con ansiedad .Hace poco la aerolínea me vendio un boleto que segun no tenia cambios y cuando trate de cambiarlo me dijeron que no y se perdió el ticket

El me siguio gritando enfrente de todos

@Aeromexico Sent.I tried speaking with a supervisor tday & they said there was nothing to do & they tried to sell me an even more expensive ticket.I‘m sick/tired of dealing with ur reps.They are rude,never help & everything I ask is NO.I work on media & considering writing a piece about this

@Aeromexico ayer vole de Mexico a Toronto en el vuelo AM616 y traia un animal de soporte emocional. Al entrar al avion, uno de sus trabajadores me empezo a grita que metiera el animal a la mochila, le intente explicar y no me escuchaba solo me gritaba. Que puedo hacer?
