The final day of COP16.2 is underway. There are steps forward for finance and mobilization but still much to be done as different country blocs focus on different aspects, with expert chairing by Susanah Muhamed from the Colombia Presidency, supported by Partido Alianza Verde.

@europaverde.verdi have hosted @globalgreens @verdesequo and @eelvfr here in Rome, and Angelo Bonelli and Benedetta Scuderi make strong calls for fair, fast and flowing finance to support biodiversity protection to the Global South.

Day 2 @biodiversityCOP16 in Rome. Key decisions on finance and resource mobilsation must be made. Greens from @EELV @europaverde_it and @VerdesEquo_ also met indigenous representatives from Colombia for key actions.
